About the school
Iluka Public School is a primary school run by the NSW Department of Education in ILUKA, in the Clarence Valley local government area, teaching Kindergarten to Year 6.
According to the department’s records, the school’s first teacher started on 1 September 1879, so it has served the community for more than 140 years.
The latest full-time-equivalent enrolment published by the department is 96 students. That makes it a small school. 9% of students have a language background other than English. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students make up 10% of enrolments.
Like other NSW public schools, Iluka Public School guarantees a place to students who live in its local intake area. If you are moving to ILUKA or nearby, check your exact address with the department’s School Finder before you sign a lease or buy, as boundaries can split suburbs.
